Peace and hair grease.
Hi. I was looking for A View From A Fangirl. I think that was where I read the most beautiful description of Nimoy's Spock ever. I couldn't get to the page. Have you deleted it? I'm sad if you have! I'm sure it's ancient history for you, but you're still my bestest fave ST writer, and I just loved that description of Leonard's Spock. You couldn't reprint it for me?.......
Please say you are writing more S/U/K. I love The Island.
Awesome! I like the picture, though I didn't recognize the names as first. Did some googling. I love your stories. They have everything: unique and interesting characterization, good plots, and lovely, heated scenes all with a nice dollop of humor.Your Uhura is awesome. A little more...rough than I usually like my characters, but awesome nonetheless. I especially like her description of how she felt when she was ticking off the seconds before they all died calmly because of Kirk.I do have one question though.I know you ship Uhura/All hot males, Uhura/Spock, and Uhura/Spock/Kirk, but having read the Island and Prodigal Soul...Do you ship Kirk/Spock/Uhura as an equal threesome? With each having romantic and sexual love for the other two? I noticed that a lot of the focus in Prodigal Soul was on Uhura in the sex scenes and the relationship. In Island Kirk was a really hot friends with benefits to the Uhura/Spock pairing.I love the idea of them being equal in their partnership, you know, Kirk and Uhura catching a quickie behind the warp core and then the next day it being Kirk and Spock behind the warp core just as casually. Then them getting into fights or making up and all those gushy relationship things people do in stories.I can't predict what Prodigal Soul will come out as, because it seems that Kirk is dealing with some issues. I hope you don't mind if I keep my fingers crossed for a happily united threesome at the end.I love your friendship portrayal of Kirk and Spock (wouldn't say no to more stories with that theme in them!) and I like their closeness in all areas. Are you going to do any Uhura pieces about her friendships?I'm curious, do you do do Kirk/Spock? It's strange feeling out people on the internet, "I don't like slash, do you like slash? Maybe I don't hate slash. What about those crazy slash writers, eh?" when trying to find out if an author do more than Gen. I figured I'd just come out and ask.I hope I didn't inadvertently insult you by asking about all this. It's been niggling me ever since I reread Prodigal Soul. I'm not sure if I explained everything right though. Aw, well.Thank You so much for the stories and the commentaries. I can't wait for the new ones!
u tease us, and we wait...
